SPS Sustainability Mission Statement:

Being green is not just what we do at SPS. It’s who we are. We have been working together to actively foster environmental stewardship and sustainable development in its education, planning and practices. Our Green Team will continue to help lead and teach other people what it means to reduce, reuse and recycle. All the members in our community -- school administrators, teachers, school staff, custodial staff, students and families, are committed to keeping our school a "zero-waste" school and everybody will be working together to institutionalize sustainability into all aspects of the educational experience.
